Yes, we ship Pan-India to all pin codes serviced by our courier partners.
No, currently we do not ship outside India. Our products are preservative-free and may not survive the long transit times required for international shipping.
Since we prepare everything fresh:
Preparation: We typically take 2 days to prepare and pack your order.
Transit: Once dispatched, courier delivery usually takes another 2-3 days.
Total Time: You can expect your order within 4-6 business days.
Standard orders follow our usual timeline. However, if the item is already in stock, we may be able to arrange instant delivery via Porter (customer pays actual Porter charges). Please WhatsApp us at +91-9211225545 before ordering to check availability.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your registered Email ID.
Payments & Cancellations
No, we do not offer COD. Since our products are perishable food items made on order, we cannot risk “refused deliveries” which leads to food wastage. We accept all major online payment methods (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) via our secure gateway.
Yes, but only within a limited window. You can cancel your order before 8:00 AM on the day following your order placement by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the making/dispatch process starts, cancellations are not possible.
We take full responsibility for transit damage. Please record an Unboxing Video showing the label and the breakage and send it to us within 24 hours. We will issue a refund or send a replacement.
Product, Storage & Diet
Please store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate them, as the cold temperature will make the desi ghee harden and affect the texture.
Some of our products are gluten-free, while others (like those containing wheat/atta) are not. Please check the specific Product Description on the website before purchasing.
Yes! We try our best to accommodate healthy options. You can leave a specific instruction in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. If we have questions about your request, we will call you.
No. Our kitchen is 100% Sattvic and Brahma Kumaris friendly. We do not use onion or garlic in any of our preparations.
Since our products are handmade and natural (no artificial stabilizers), weather plays a big role. In winters, products with ghee/jaggery naturally become slightly harder, while in summers they may be softer. This is normal and does not mean the product is spoiled.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Yes, we would love to be part of your celebrations! We accept bulk orders for weddings, corporate gifting, and festivals.
