At Vyanjika, we are committed to delivering fresh, homemade laddus right to your doorstep. Since our products are made fresh in small batches in our home kitchen, our shipping process is slightly different from standard commercial sites.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship Pan-India. Whether you are in a metro city or a smaller town, we partner with reliable courier services via Shiprocket to reach you.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Preparation Time: Since we do not stock old products, we typically prepare and pack your order within 2 business days of receiving it.
- Operational Days: We do not prepare or ship orders on Sundays or Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below a certain value. This fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific value threshold. Please check the banner on our website or the checkout page for the current eligibility amount.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days depending on your distance from Faridabad.
- Delays: While we use premium courier partners, unforeseen delays due to weather, festivals, or courier operational issues are beyond our control.
5. Local Delivery (Faridabad Only)
We do not offer standard “Same Day Delivery” on the website. However, for our customers in Faridabad:
- If the item is already in stock/ready, we may be able to arrange immediate delivery via Porter.
- Cost: The customer must bear the actual cost of the Porter service.

6. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via Email.
- You can use this link to track the live status of your shipment through our logistics partner (Shiprocket).
7. Packaging & Hygiene
We take extra care to ensure your sweets arrive intact:
- Primary Layer: Products are packed in Food-Grade PET jars and sealed for freshness.
- Safety Layer: The jars are wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent breakage.
- Outer Layer: Everything is packed inside a sturdy cardboard box.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, or if the shipment is stuck in transit for more than 7 days:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@vyanjika.com or WhatsApp us immediately.
- Investigation: We will open a ticket with the courier partner. This process typically takes 24-48 hours.
- Resolution: If the courier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
