At Vyanjika, we take great pride in making our laddus with love in our home kitchen. Because our products are perishable food items, we have a strict policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. General Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any food products. Due to hygiene and safety standards, once a food product leaves our kitchen, it cannot be returned or resold.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply do not like the taste or texture. Taste is subjective, and our products are handmade, natural, and free from artificial texture enhancers.
2. When Can You Get a Refund or Replacement?
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following two specific scenarios:
Case A: Damaged / Broken Items
If your package arrives with the primary container (pet jar or sweet box) broken or crushed:
- Partial Refund: If you ordered a combo (e.g., 4 jars) and only 1 is damaged, we will refund the value of the damaged item only, not the entire order.
- Evidence Required: You must provide an unboxing video (details below).
Case B: Wrong Item Delivered
If we accidentally sent you the wrong product (e.g., you ordered Besan Laddu but received Gond Laddu):
- No Return Needed: You do not need to ship the wrong item back to us. You can keep it or share it with family.
- Resolution: We will ship the correct replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
3. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video
To claim a refund for damage or missing items, you must record an Unboxing Video. Without this video, we cannot process a claim.
The video must clearly show:
- The Shipping Label on the box (readable).
- The “Use By / Best Before” Note on the box.
- Opening the sealed package and showing the damage/issue.
- The video must be uncut and shared within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Method: The amount will be refunded via:
- Reversal to the Original Payment Source (Razorpay), OR
- Direct UPI Transfer (we may ask for your UPI ID).
5. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order before 8:00 AM on the day following your order placement.
- To cancel, please WhatsApp us immediately.
- Once the order is dispatched/shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Gifts
If the order was a gift:
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed only to the Sender (the person who purchased the order).
- We cannot refund money to the gift recipient.
