Welcome to Vyanjika. By accessing our website (vyanjika.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

Vyanjika is a sole proprietorship based in Faridabad, Haryana. We specialize in homemade laddus and traditional sweets.

2. Product Disclaimers (Handmade Nature)

Our products are lovingly prepared in a home kitchen, not a factory. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge the following:

• Handmade Variance: Every laddu is rolled by hand. Therefore, slight variations in size, shape, weight, and color may occur compared to the images shown on the website. This is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
• Texture & Weather: Our products are natural and free from artificial stabilizers.
  • Winter Note: In colder weather, laddus (especially those with ghee/jaggery) may naturally harden. This does not mean they are spoiled; the texture simply changes with temperature.
  • Shelf Life: We provide a “Suggested Use By” date on our packaging. While products remain edible after this date, you may experience minor changes in texture or freshness.
• Storage: We are not liable for spoilage arising from improper storage by the customer (e.g., keeping products in direct sunlight or moisture).

3. Orders and Pricing

• Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. However, orders already placed and confirmed will be honored at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch Timeline: We typically dispatch orders 2 days after placement (excluding weekends and festivals).
  • Note: Since we operate from a small home kitchen, high order volumes may occasionally cause delays. We will inform you if your dispatch is delayed.
• Transit Time: Shipping usually takes 2-3 days from Faridabad, depending on your location.
• Delivery Responsibility:
  • Our products are perishable. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address and be available to receive the package.
  • Vyanjika is not liable for spoilage caused by delivery delays due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, no refund will be issued as the food product will likely be spoiled.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we have a strict policy:

• Cancellations: You may cancel your order before 8:00 AM on the day following your order placement.
  • How to Cancel: Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91-9211225545.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the dispatch process has begun.
• Returns: We do not accept returns unless the wrong item was delivered.
• Refunds for Damages:
  • If your package arrives with the primary container (pet jar or sweet box) broken, you must send us an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Upon verification, we will issue a refund or replacement.
• Taste Preference: We do not offer refunds because a customer “did not like the taste.” Taste is subjective. However, you may add a note about your preferences (e.g., less sugar) during checkout, and we will try our best to accommodate it.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

6. Health, Allergies & Dietary Information

• Allergen Warning: Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles Nuts (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios, etc.), Dairy (Ghee, Milk), and Sugar/Jaggery. While we maintain strict hygiene, cross-contamination is possible.
• Sattvic / Brahma Kumaris Friendly: Our kitchen is Pure Vegetarian and completely free from Onion and Garlic. If you follow specific dietary requirements (e.g., for Brahma Kumaris), please mention this in the order notes so we can handle your order with extra care.
• Health Claims: While we use traditional, wholesome ingredients, any descriptions of “healthy” benefits are based on general knowledge and do not constitute professional medical advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Vyanjika. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of our content is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
